Inter Club Karate Championship at Baijnath

Karate builds confidence through self-defense techniques as well as physical endurance. It improves physical and mental health; builds self-esteem and strengthens self-confidence and improve academic performance by raising the level of energy, focus and concentration.

The CISP Karatekas are excellent at this discipline and have participated in Inter Club Karate Championship at Baijnath organised by Art Karate Academy.
Rudransh, student from Class 5 bagged gold and Shivank, Dron Rishi, Suhani Sharma, Riya Mohan, Saanvi Kapila & Soumil Sharma made their presence felt as they finished as runners-up in different categories to win silver medals.
